  • Thanks for all your advice. I am taking on board what you say and am determined not to let this hiccup ruin the hard work I have already done. I am going to do some ironing to keep busy and try to just do a short stint on the treadmill later, then maybe that will get my motivation back. Oh well, on to the dreaded ironing - if anyone has any they want doing just throw it my way. :D:D
Will come back later and let you know how Iam going. Thanks again for the support. xx

  • I just spat water all over my desk. 'rhubarb pink inner sanctum' indeed. A day without smut is like a day without sunshine I think. Thank you for brightening my day Ajax!!

But splitting it out like this gives you mini-targets which is great and makes it look more achievable. Plus you have the 5lb challenge for september, and I am sure you could through a few more targets in the there.

I know - but until the road accident (and the subsequent steroids!) I was about a stone UNDER weight and not being able to exercise means even fighting a pound off is really hard work! But I AM going to do this and I would like to be under 20 stone by the end of September!!

    Breast enhancing cookies launched

    Source: The Sun 03-09-2007

F-Cup Cookies are biscuits claimed to increase breasts by up to a full cup-size.

The cookies contain the herb Pueraria Mirifica which is said to mimic the effect of oestrogen, increasing bust size by bulking up breast tissue.

The product costs £1.50 for four cookies and is available online and in Japan.

You'll do it dragon!!! Try not to focus on the past but what you are going to achieve in the future...there's lots of way to fit a bit more activity into the day that doesn't involve out and out exercise just wiggle the bits that don't hurt
