Hi everyone, still home poorly, fed up with it now.

Our fridge freezer, second freezer, drier and washing machine are all crammed into the utility room and its hard to move any of them. I probably pull them out 2 or 3 times and year and it will be absolutely filthy underneath. I keep saying I will buy some of those wheels to make it easier.

Good lists Bossy. I have read them all, if not acted on them, just feeling too rotten.
  • Went on a really interesting course this morning at work all about time management and prioritizing tasks (even eating frogs was mentioned!!) Lots of interesting ways of looking at to do lists, prioritizing things that are really important or stuff that just doesn't matter. I think it'll help me look at housework (and work-work!) very differently. :p

Wipe down your front door, inside and out.. not sure the outside is worth doing.. it need some filler and sanding and painting, I've not done it yet and we've lived here nearly 10 years and it needed doing when we moved in!
Extras - for any gluttons for punishment!

    Afternoon all

Interview IT test was more difficult that I thought it would be. Still it has made me even more determined to refresh my IT skills :D I also liked the whole interview process so would happily apply for more jobs so all is good :)

I've kondoed my table linen since I've been back. Going to prep dinner now and then drive over to DS3's school cricket if it is on. It is just as windy as yesterday here but with added occassional showers.

    Hi all

The dog cut his paw this morning when I took him out. It didn't bleed for long but he wouldn't really let me look at it. He's still limping on it tonight so I'm undecided whether to nip him down to the vets tonight or see how he is in the morning and take him then. He still doesn't want me to mess with it.

SW tonight then I have to go and sort my DBS out so that will be most of tonight gone.

May just hoover up and that first.

I'm supposed to be going out tonight but I've just put pj bottoms on (wet jeans :() and I don't want to *wah*

But I always cry off and I promised I go. It'll be fine once I get ready ;)

Kiddies into dry clothes and we are just having the heating on and a snuggle. Then I will fix dinner.

Tomorrow I'll catch up on my own lists!

Gah, garden man hasn't got back to me so called another and he cant do anything till the end of summer. Why can I never find someone to do the jobs I need doing? Meh.

First chance I've had to come in today. Hope everyone's had a good day and stayed safe in the wind.
Teddy bears picnic at work so volunteered to go in for the morning and took my old teddy. Got loads done at work and have been given a few extra hours in a couple of weeks.
Waiting a phone call for mil, and need to get on with the kitchen.
    Dusty interview sounds very positive.

I have a question - How often do others pull out their fridges and freezers to clean under/behind them ??
Our fridge/freezer is extremely heavy and difficult to move, so I only ever do what I can get to with it in situ, unless it has to be moved for another reason; I can't shift it at all myself, and I don't think it's worth Mr LW risking his back simply for the sake of dusting behind it.

Is he usually ok with you checking his paws over for him? If so, I'd be inclined to see the vet tonight, personally, just in case there's a bit of glass or something lodged in it.
Healing vibes for the poor chap.

    Hi guys,

No time to post last night but nothing done anyway:( So tired, I think there are a few others on here that are too. Have to work today too to make up some time I missed when the kids were ill last week. Good luck dusty, thanks for updated list bossy, hi to new people, hope everyone has a good day. I've decided to try the posting whole list method, with stuff that I've done deleted. See how tiny I can make it by the end of the week. Today it is massive.

I don't clean behind the fridge, the freezer or the fridge freezer.. why would I? I don't move them unless the fuse goes pop or I need to paint behind them.. that would be never then!!

I did do behind WM's, TD and DW when the cats et a rat loose in my kitchen.. it didn't last long!
