OH got himself a bonus card and he goes down to Iceland to stock up on fish, prawns and the kangaroo burgers which we like a lot. Very like venison, but lots cheaper.

I think Iceland scored a massive own goal with the chavvy TV adverts focussing on junk party food.


In the last couple of years I started going back into Iceland and it is a much improved experience. I wouldn't be able to do a full shop in one but there is certainly plenty of decent food to be had.

You're right and none more chavvy than Peter Andre.


It's a shame because the message about the 'power of frozen' and how it saves on waste is excellent. what they need to do next is push all the healthy stuff basic stuff that they sell like meat, fish and veg.
