Do you have Freemesa in your area and you could look on Gumtree.

Did quite well today. DH has been bleating on about a new sat nav for ages and I've been keeping an eye out for him. Finally today I found one that does what he wants, covers Europe as well and has life-time free updates. It has super reviews and it has been reduced by £69 for the bank holiday :T

freemesa - not one I have heard of either... will have to have a look.

yay to finding bargain sat nav. I use my mobile as sat nav and its's not always accurate! fab the one you have found has free life time updates, just what you want. :T:j

Do you know, you sound so much like Greyhound Angel. I know you are not her, as she doesn't post anymore, but you two are so similar, it's like talking to her :)

The £20 Gumtree buyer turned up eventually and I've just redeemed for a £10 Love 2 Shop voucher on Bingoport.

    Hi xx

Aesop sorry you were having trouble with the pic on your ms. So frustrating when youve done all the hard work :(

Hope everyone else is doing ok this morning xx

I dont have a challenge update but just wanted to bring a bit of good news to the thread. I put a flight delay comp claim in at the end of April (well, I put two in) and one have replied and said they are putting £900 straight into the bank within 10 working days :D so although its not going towards the challenge it's a bit of good fortune we've had which I wanted to share. We are going to use it for a new mattress (ours is about 20 years old and knackered) and then possibly take the kids away in the summer somewhere like Filey or Whitby or something xx

Omg sweetpeas that's amazing well done!!!!!
  • Hi everyone, I've been catching up on the thread and am so sorry to hear about Princessmelody. :(

I've just been adding up my earnings for the month so far but won't add overtime yet cause although I have been paid, I'm not sure of the exact amount of overtime since I don't have my payslip yet. I'll add that on Monday when I'm back at work and get my payslip.

So here's what I've got for the month so far:
£10 Perk, £1.97 Apptrailers, £20 Swagbucks, 62p Qmee, £6 Pinecone, £4.23 Crowdology, £5.33 Clixsense, £3 Mysurvey, £66.54 Topcashback and £5.39 Quidco. So a total of £123.08 and my overtime I think may be in the region of £380 so I have pretty much hit my target I think.

I'm also possibly selling my PS4 to someone at work. She said she'd need to ask her husband about it, but I get the feeling that he wont want to pay what I'm asking for it, in which case I'll ask for £20 less and if he still doesn't want to pay that then I'll put it on a local FB selling page along with a few other bits I plan on selling and see what happens. But fingers crossed I can sell to the woman at work. :)

Well I'm off to Spain tomorrow and not back until 1st June so I am declaring for the month at £167.05. Considerably short of my £310 target but a lot better than nothing ...! Hope you all have a enjoyable and lucrative week - see you in June :-)
