Keep a diary of everything that happens. Record or film his behavior. Ask your neighbors to do the same.. Make a formal complaint about his behavior and the lack of action taken.0

Keep a broom by your window. Next time he is outside, use it to give the ladder a shove.Je suis sabot...0

He should also be taking anti-psychotic medication, but if he isn't taking it his behaviour will be erratic and possibly dangerous.
Talk to SS or the police with a view to getting him 'sectioned' as he could pose a danger either to himself or others.0 -
The anti social lady will tell his mum to explain to him to keep away from me and my husband. Because when the anti social lady try to tell him, he just went into a row with her to. she said his mum may be able to put it in another way. so he dont take it the wrong way, but what a way to have to be, his parents are not young, at a guess, in their 60's, his dad I think had a heart condition, they wont be round forever to be his carers and tell him when he done wrong. Then what! she already told me that the council will not move him, he was moved from his last place to here because trouble he caused there.0

Manchester council paid out £3,000 to a resident tormented by a nuisance neighbour, a new report has revealed.
It was compensation for a tenant who suffered three years of misery after a neighbour with mental health issues moved in next door.
The Local Government Ombudsman said the council should have contacted the mental health trust which looked after the man sooner. But officers were reluctant to get involved because of the man’s health problems.
As well as compensating the tenant, the authority paid £3,000 to another neighbour who did not complain.
The council paid out nearly £15,000 in the last financial year to people who complained about failings in a number of services.
This was a good consideration for me, and has made me aware now about this, thanks. If any further trouble I may consider this.
It made me enquire as well about his mental health and I got, but he has already had mental health assessment and they said he is ok to live in community and his parents who are his carers live just around the corner to him, literally less then a minute walk away. But this article sounds exactly it. The police dont do much the council dont want to do much either. The system about helping the community seems pretty useless to me. They have these safer neighbourhood teams. what good is all of that. We had a talk with him, here is your crime number.0 -
The 101 number for police who took the report, I rang them today and they said it had been passed onto my local police station. when I rang the number they gave me the police station had an answer machine saying, we are not open today. As our local station down the road closed down. So gave me a number who deals with our area a police place. I have tried to reply to most on here, sorry those I didnt but my pc is on freeze mode at mo.0

I've witnessed this with the police before. They for example may know someone's very sad life history and don't want to take action against them as they fel sorry for them.
I would urge you to be the one to raise the alarm with the Mental health trust.0 -
Lady writer I think you need to find one particular officer in the community safety team to deal with. In addition to reporting your incidents by 101 or 999 if necessary, you could go onto your police website and email your local community safety officers directly.0
