Welcome back maddiemay! Hope you had a nice time!

Hope you enjoyed your holiday too, aintshesweet!

FizzWhizz - Glad to hear that DH is on the mend :)

VALM - Really sorry to hear about your bunny, it's always hard losing an animal friend.

I managed to sneak in one last UU:

TBS Almond Hand and Nail Cream 30ml: HG - got another in the stash!

I will be on the naughty step next month as I placed a large Burt's Bees order. In fairness, I got an amazing deal, but still a naughty purchase!

    An update on my PP:
Hi everyone! I'm a new member but I've been following these use up threads for the last few months so I'm familiar with all the terms. I've enjoyed reading about everyone's UUs and you have all really inspired me to declutter my own stash.

    PP for May:

    [STRIKE]1. Neutrogena Grapefruit Face Scrub 150ml - spluttering[/STRIKE]
    [STRIKE]2. VO5 Give Me Moisture Conditioner 500ml - spluttering[/STRIKE]
[STRIKE]3. Nivea Pure Fresh Shower Gel 250ml[/STRIKE]
    4. Body Shop Raspberry Body Butter 200ml
    [STRIKE]5. 3 perfume samples 1ml each [/STRIKE]
    6. Dove shea butter and vanilla body lotion 50ml
    [STRIKE]7. Simple face wipes 25 pack[/STRIKE]
    [STRIKE]8. Dove hand cream 75ml - spluttering[/STRIKE]
    9. Nivea lip balm - spluttering
    [STRIKE]10. No7 lipstick in 'Lovely' - spluttering[/STRIKE]

7/10 isn't bad for my first time. I also UU a few more things that weren't on the list.

    Last UUs of the month:

Dior Serum, Sephora Mud Mask, Maybelline Baby Skin, Guerlain Habit Rouge Perfume - All samples. I'm not blown away by any of them so WNB.

    IN:

Dr Bronner Citrus Orange Soap - For washing my make up brushes. I consider this a necessity so I don't feel guilty about buying. It was from TK Maxx so it was discounted a little bit.

So that's 4 total ins this month, one of which was a necessity and the other 3 were less than £10 all together.

    See everyone next month!

VALM - So sorry about bunny, I hope that Smudge will be OK, am I correct in thinking that it is difficult to introduce a new bunny into the household, it is horrid feeling so helpless when our furries are ill.

Lots of great progress ladies, I have ended the month with 6 INs, 6 UUs and 1 TA, I also bought 4 sample products to test on my ultra sensitive skin, but will not count them in or out.

I should have a couple of toothpastes UU soon, Dolly 84, what is the one that you recommended recently, shining not whitening or something?

FizzWhizz - good to hear your DH is home, I bet he has you running about all over playing nurse :rotfl:
Have you been peeping through our windows?! :rotfl: TBF, he's not that high maintenance, the only real chore was peeling myself out of bed this morning to make the coffee, since the Dr has put me on 50mg Amitriptyline each night (for migraine prevention) I have been like a zombie each and every morning. Still, I can stand half an hour of struggling to open my eyes if it means only one migraine a month *thumbs up*

Am catching up on thread and wanted to pass on my well wishes to FizzWhizz's DH before I got started on the marathon posting I usually do! Hope his recovery is swift and that you Fizz get a chance to look after yourself too. Xx

Thankyou :) He's much brighter today, although getting fed up of me slapping my hand against his forehead every five minutes to check he's not running a temperature :D I will be more relaxed in 24 hours when the "danger zone" has expired! I've not slept well all week and looked really rough yesterday (if my MIL had said "you look tired" once more I would have quite cheerfully punched her!) so I busted out an EL deluxe sample of moisturiser and eye cream as a mini treat :)

Thankyou too (I think) for mentioning the 2 Maybelline for £10 offer at Superdrug. I have been keen to try their Lash Sensational mascara and the color tattoo I've been using in my brows is almost empty and has dried up so badly, I've managed to "dehead" two of my angled brushes this week :o so I've ordered both products (with free delivery) for a tenner all in. It'll probably cost me another £3 to fix the brushes but sometimes we have to suffer for our art :rotfl:

So sorry to read about your bunny's passing, lots of healing cuddles to Smudge and to you too xx

Really happy to hear your DH is on the mend now Fizz. Must have been so scary when he had the infection. Hope that he continues to feel better over the coming days.

Interesting that Nars SG split on you too. I keep wanting to try the new Nars new foundation but I don't need a new foundation. Going to check out the youtuber you mentioned in a moment. I am really into watching project pan and decluttering videos at the moment.

Lovely to see you maddiemay, hope you had a lovely holiday. How is your skin at the moment?

Well done willowbee, that is an amazing amount of UU! :j

Hope you also had a nice holiday aintshesweet

Very sorry to hear about your bunny Val :( must have been such a shock.

No more UU here. Recently bought the Bourjois nail varnish remover pot thing and seche vite. First time I have ever used either of these products and I'm really impressed. I bought them to encourage me to use my nail varnish more often - I am too lazy usually because it takes so long for nail varnish to dry and remove!

I thought I'd turn over a new leaf in the middle of the year (nearly) and sort out my toiletries

    UU
M&S Apothecary Lilac and Sage hand cream - was a gift and surprisingly nice. a little went a long way, lovely smell, relatively non-greasy WBA probably.
Carmex Original lip balm - i still don't know if I like the smell, but it works ok-ish, however I prefer my recommended from MSE Hurraw lip balm.
Bumble and Bumble Surf shampoo and conditioner - sample gorgeous light fragrance probably WBA but only if i found it on offer somewhere
Crabtree and Evelyn Avocado hand cream - a gift, loved this, I'm now a C&E convert, definitely WBA, even though I don't like avocados! :D

I'm glad your husband is on the mend Fizz and I'm sorry about the bunny Valm!

GA 2 testers of treseme hair serum. They're for straight hair and I wear mine curly. I'll let you know what was thought if I ever hear!

    UU
Benefit Erase Paste - I love this stuff, it covers up beautifuly. But the ingredients aren't great. Would recommend if you don't mind putting non-vegan on you!

I'm pretty sure I had a few others to declare as well but I can't remember.

Good May, see you in the June board.
