Morning all
Just been through my lips drawer and have made the decision to TA 10 of them. They are all part used and some have that plasticine smell. They are colours I won't wear again and there are 27 keepers to choose from so I won't go short
7 bottles of nail polish I won't use are also on the GA shelf, I'll offer them to a work friend and if not they'll go to the school summer fete.

Hola Beauty Queens :wave: DH is allegedly watching the TV but is spending more time looking at the clock. Tick tock!:o Just made an emergency dash to Sainsbobs in search of a dressing gown, couldn't find one in there or Next so I've just had to liberally spray his old one with DSS's Lynx and hang it by the window to air That'll teach him to make sure it's in the wash basket several days beforehand next time!

This will definitely be the last UU of the month for me:
L'Oreal Elvive Curl Control Mousse; WMBA, I have an StudioLine one stashed to use next and have used the Pantene variety too, I'm not all that fussy so I'll just buy whatever's on offer when I next run short.

Hello lovelies! Gosh it's been a long time since I posted. Hope all are well, lovely to see some old faces back and some newbies joining in - lots of amazing progress going on!

FizzWhizz, just wanted to echo everyone else's well wishes for your DH this afternoon. I bet you're feeling a bit anxious too.

I've been playing along but not posting, so have a raft of UUs to report now:

3/75. TBS Wild Rose Hand Cream 30ml - freebie and WNB, liked the scent but I developed a dry patch on my finger which has never happened before - and has cleared up since I moved on to a replacement cream.

4/76. TBS Absinthe Hand Cream 30ml - freebie and probably WNB, liked this but there are others I prefer. This is on my desk at work and replaced with same.

5/77. L'Occitane Vanilla Bouquet Han Cream 10ml - this was from the lovely free tins handed out recently. I really rated the scent and consistency - moisturising but not greasy. WMBA if I ever need to.

6-7/78-9. S&G The Righteous Butter 200ml x 2- sale bargain and WBA, like the scent and it moisturises very well.

8/80. Sanctuary Body Butter 100ml - HG, love this stuff, WDBA.

9/81. M&S Maison des Senteurs Body Wash Gardenia Rose 200ml - gifted and WMBA, loved the scent and consistency. My skin has been better since I stopped using it though - I've had this problem with rose-scented items before and fear I may be slightly allergic to it

10/82. OS Raspberry and Cocoa Shower Gel 250ml - this was a Christmas gift and I was rather disappointed with it, having been looking forward to trying it since receiving! It smells gorgeous but I found the lather to be quite disappointing, and it meant that it lasted me no time at all. WNBA in this type - I've tried and loved others and think the creamy ones fare better with hard water.

11/83. Elemis PCMC 30ml - HG and WDBA, but have another in the stash for now.

12/84. S&G The Fab Pore 15-min Facial Peel 50g - probably WNBA, other masks and scrubs I prefer.

Awwww, you GUYS! Have a dodgy hug :grouphug: :rotfl: and my sincere thanks for all your support, it genuinely has touched me

DH is very sore, but I left him hooked up to his morphine pump and he'd barely opened his eyes in the hour after he got back from recovery. The consultant was kind enough to bring in a fragment of the offending stone to show us, the rest has gone off for analysis as it's apparently one of the more rare varieties. Trust my DH to be an awkward s0d :rotfl:

It's been a really long and exhausting day and I'm super tired, but I just wanted to sing the praises of the L'Oreal Infallible Matte foundation; I put my slap on at 9 this morning and have only just washed it off and I swear, it looked as good then as it did when first applied. A lot of foundations "split" on me and look curdled if I try to wear them for more than 8 or so hours but this seems to be bulletproof. Definitely one to consider if you like a matte finish and have a long day ahead of you.

Glad you got on well with the Loreal matte foundation. I like that one too although the shade I have is a bit too dark for me at the moment. I am also glad to hear that I am not the only one who finds foundation curdles on them!! Thought it was just me!! I found this happened with Nars Sheer Glow on my skin.

1 UU to report here... Body shop mango shower gel mini - I was really surprised that I really loved this as normally I'm not a huge fan of mango scented toiletries but the body shop one smells really nice and lathers up a treat, it's not a watery shower gel. I now want to buy the full size bottle as I miss it already!

Dove go fresh deodorant 150 ml - WBA but I have so much deodorant in the stash for now.

Simple Toner - WNBA. As others have said before, I'm not sure what this is doing. I don't see a visible difference but my skin feels dry and tight after using toners. I won't waste my money buying another one.

Nivea 'Sea Minerals and Aquatic Scent' Shower Gel 250 ml - I think this has been discontinued. WNBA either way as I prefer fruity scented shower gels. I only bought it because it matched my bathroom.

The old saying better out than in is so true in MrFizz's case. I hope the recovery is full and speedy.

I have an almost finished it will probably be the last of the month. Dh has been working his way through a litre bottle of shampoo and for the last few weeks has had it standing on its end, anyway yesterday he said he thinks it's got about one more wash in it. (Quite pleased and I'll tell him to just use my shampoo as I've got a lush shampoo bar tucked away for Father's Day for him)
