not sure were to ask this question but hopefully will get answer here. My question is, if I buy a product that says 'best before' 1st May does that mean the product is best eaten by the end of the 30 April or does the 'best before' mean to consume by the end of the 1st May. Just to add I understand the difference between…

(Where're the threads about 'and...or' not being bracketed correctly (or at all) on restaurant menus and when someone doesn't allow us to take two items when they claimed they were giving us two choices?)
