(((Hugs))) Bossy.
 right back at you Kazw.
I'm seriously impressed with your achievements, Frizzle.
Dusty, your Kondoing sounds marvellous. I know it's all the rage but you seem to be taking it to a new level - how have you managed to get to grips with it so thoroughly? I need to have a serious clearout in the attic which is something I say every year, and it is more organised than it's ever been, but all that really means is that even more stuff is stored - neatly.
This little dog is bringing a bucket of happiness to everyone he meets. I really, really hope he settles in and feels secure very soon; I know he's stressed but he's coping amazingly considering how totally disrupted his life has been over the past couple of months. Thank you for the kind comments Lamewolf. Your endorsement means a lot. I've found a couple of dog-hair dust bunnies already; lovely.
The bluebells in the garden (all wild, all self-seeded) have been disappointing this year, only one or two flower heads on each one, and they're quite spindly. I think the whole thing needs a bit of TLC.Better is good enough.0 -
HB the book is very good, an easy read (particularly when you skip the repetitive bits and padding
) mine is from the library so I don't have something else to get rid of and as there was a queue meant it needed reading straight away. The thread on here is very good too. I think I am just ready to get it all done, I'm bored of piddling around the edges, getting rid of an item a day, one thing out for one thing in etc is just not cutting the mustard. Paperwork will be my hardest challenge yet as it is so boring. Sentimental will also be tough but MK says leave that until last as you are more expereienced by then.
Shower had, WM on so hairdrying, teeth cleaning, shower room cleaning and then at 11 I shall start the paperwork for an hour. The birds of sadness may fly overhead but don't let them nest in your hair0 -

Morning all,
It's Sunday so small list. Apart from bare minimum daily stuff, I need to go for more paint for the stairs, and put another coat on. Walk dog (possibly towards the Tour de Yorkshire route as it is passing by a couple of miles away later) Weather foul.
Pigpen I feel your pain. The bedroom floor we all cleared together yesterday so I could Hoover is already re-covered with toys and tat.
I am googling Kondoing. I fear I am not a natural at de cluttering though.
Hugs to all that need them, and have a great Sunday. Find a bit of time to relax x0 -
I'm going to kondo my shed tomorrow. Lol. Seriously, it's coming down soon so anything I don't use needs to go!
Then once the flagging is sorted, I can work out space and storage needs.
Kitchen looking lots better and we are all fed. Eating plan going well this week, I seem to be more mindful of what I'm having, and planning better. Right, DD wants to get dressedBossymoo

Hello all.
Bossy - hugs
Juliejim - hope you're feeling better now
LW - Yes it's OldDog's age catching up with her. She is 15 at the end of this month and where do I start - cataracts, going deaf, arthritis, heart murmur, anaemia and something else, they don't know what yet. But she is still eating normally and is not in pain (due to meds). I don't want to be selfish (and I won't) but I don't want her to go either. I first cupped her in my hand when she was 12 days old and it was love at first sight - my first ever dog.
Anyway, back to flying. It's been pouring with rain all day so far so I haven't been out yet. I've been in the gym, done all the ironing and sorted out all paperwork and finances. Plenty to spare for the vet visits.
Just having lunch and will then walk the dogs if it dries up. If not, I'll do a little paid stuff.
Hope everyone is having the best day possible.Spend less now, work less later.0 -
Well since my last post I've put the chicken in, had a toy car lobbed down the stairs and hit me in the shin (a rather large monster truck at that), filled 3 vases with flowers and sent DS to bed
Washing on airers in conservatory and I'll lift them outside tomorrow to air off once it warms up.
We are not looking too bad here to say it's a rainy weekend...Bossymoo

You don't need the book if you are a natural so with it being a best seller I doubt many of us are. It does however work if you follow it.
Rain stopped here so I think I'll move some washing from the maiden to the line.
My mother rang so thta has put me behind. However she was the most upbeat she has been in a long while so it was worth the delay. Shower room half cleaned. 2 drawers of paperwork sorted, one drawer is now comletely empty.
Having lunch then popping to the shops (maybe with DS3 in tow) to look for shoes.
I will do more paperwork today though and I'm creating shreading for DH.
Piggers - first job must be to relocate the cereal to a place it cannot be accessed by small pinks. The birds of sadness may fly overhead but don't let them nest in your hair0 -

I've just stopped for another cuppa. Have spent an hour doing paid stuff, that's enough on a weekend off. Also walked the dogs as the sun has come out.
Think I may hoover and mop through soon including doing the sofas and putting the clean throws back on. ....but we'll see....Spend less now, work less later.0
