Morning All
Piggers - has she seen a tablet with a Frozen cover on it or just seen someone playing a Frozen game on it? Something like this http://www.amazon.co.uk/UK-Cherry%C2%AE-Samsung-Princess-Characters-portrait-2/dp/B00VCNY988/ref=sr_1_1?ie=UTF8&qid=1430547886&sr=8-1&keywords=frozen+tablet+cover
HB - hope he settles in well.
Well done Mr E.
Not sure what the plan is today, DH has gone to work but I think is hoping to be back around lunchtime. First job for me I think is to go and do some of the hike the Beavers, Cubs and Scouts are doing next Saturday so I can time it - I need to do that soon as the dog keeps trumping and is stinking the house out!
WM has finished but it's looking a bit grey so I'm wondering whether to leave putting the washing out until I get back.
Have a good day all
Hugs

Morning flyladies (and any gents). I have been MIA all week due to busy paid stuff including 400 mile commutes so the house is a pit, but the plan for the weekend is dry weather - dog walking and gardening, wet weather - do finances, clean house (oh and more paid stuff).
I've had a skim read through so hugs where needed and:
Ionafan - hope you're finding the right balance now
Piggers - hope things settle with Dot, glad you're keeping your sense of humour
HB - new dog looks gorgeous
Doggy news here: Two visits to the vet for OldDog this week - £260 decluttered. She is walking better now, but other things seem to be falling apart (I know that feeling). Hopefully we'll get to the bottom of it soon, but she is very old now.
So far this morning, I have fed me and the dogs, given the fridge a clear out and done a menu plan for the week ahead.
Dog walk next once I'm dressed.
Have a great day everyone.Spend less now, work less later.0 -
Morning all
Cloudy but dry here today. I'm on cricket teas duty today so not much chance for flying before and I'll not be interested afterwards.
Going to put one lot of washing one
Clean the shower room
sew the cricket troussers again
Label some new cricket stuff - even though they are grown it gets mixed up and lost
Visit MrL to get the teas and catfood
Dh to:
Go to the dump
Cut the grass
Hoover and mop downstairs
(otherwise he will sit at his PC all day long!)The birds of sadness may fly overhead but don't let them nest in your hair0 -
Morning everyone, sorry I didn't get on yesterday I was snowed under with homework and busy with housework.
I did two loads of washing 2 loads of washing up. Wiped the kitchen surfaces and table, brush and mopped the floor.
Tidied up the girls room, put clean clothes mountain away, hoovered through. I also ordered more stock for my shop.Jan 2015 GC £267/£260

Hi all,
Hooray it's a long weekend
I'm in the mood for getting stuff done today, lets hope it lasts. DD2 sick again this morning, but I can hear her winding up DD1 in the living room so she must be feeling a bit better!
Pigpen I don't think even I could eat that much chocolate! My sympathies, keep your chin up. DD1 did the same thing a couple of years ago, loads of chocolate topped off with a hot chocolate and marshmallows. The result took a lot of cleaning, but she did learn a lesson!
Anyway, here's the list:
Make beds
S&s bathroom plus clean floor and skirtings
2x wm, iron and put away
Dw
Help kids find floor of their bedroom then Hoover it
Kitchen floor sweep
Take stuff to charity shop
Reply to party invitations
Finish painting stairs
Walk dog
Bake something with apples as there seem to be a lot in the fruit bowl.
If I manage all that I'll be amazed
Have a good day all x0 -
I've been out for walk, put the washing on the line and reloaded the WM. Just having a sit down and then I suppose I'd better make a start and do something.NST #10 Steps 7K 2/30 10K 2/12 5 a day 3/30 NSD 0/20

First of three washloads now on the line, stuff that's been on the airer all week now sorted out and I combined a dog walk with a shopping trip to the farm and baker.
Just having a cuppa and will then get cracking in the garden.Spend less now, work less later.0 -

Hers was topped with hot chocolate too...and a beaker of juice!!
Julie.. that was my first thought but she is adamant that is what she wants.. at £80 she may have to wait for Santa though
Bedding load#1 and a few pairs of sicky PJ's in the washing machine .. thank goodness for my 12Kg load machines!
and the dark stuff in the other.
2 loads out on the line and the bedding that was out is now airing.
