Elliesmum yikes to the hangover.
I did see on your sig that you're at #4,but could you please post your total in a big, bright colour if possible in your post,so that it's quite clear for me.Easier to keep track that way.

Seaotter has grabbed the most important nsd of them all - #1.
Pollygarter wow, that's great, but why are you scared of it?
I've never worked out the cost of whether a made loaf is cheaper than a bought one, but,to make a simple loaf (nothing fancy),it would surprise me if a HM loaf cost more.
What I also like is that with my BM loaves,I know exactly what's in them.No E numbers, odd sounding emulsified fats etc.
Mind you,I have a pressure cooker that I've never used.Too scared.I do use it to make jam with the lid off.
I bagged #6 today. No spends whatsoever, though I was tempted to buy an ice lolly, but didn't.Having to use some of my savings to pay the cc bill has really made me think about how I spend.I've not had to dip into my savings for a long time, and I don't want it to become a habit.0 -

Do you no longer have the instruction booklet? You might find it online.
Otherwise post on the 'Old Style' board. There are a few threads about BMs,or just start a thread of your own.
I'm sure that someone could help.0 -
Hi all!
Sounds like everyone's doing really well with their NSDs!
Unfortunately, we're still on 2 for the month, but lunch is packed and ready to take to work tomorrow, the car is full of petrol and we have absolutely no need to spend so, fingers crossed, we can add a third day to our total!
In other news, did our first fully menu planned food shop after a stock take of the cupboards, fridge and freezer and am happy to report a £21 saving on the previous week! Not much, but it all adds up and we're definitely getting thereJanuary Food Budget: £0/ £500
Saving for our future0
