    What home improvements are you planning LMD? Our full-on restoration is at the 'floors ripped up and dug down into clay' stage. Needless to say, it's messy!

    Garden and extension works Dizzy, nothing major but had wiped the savings unfortunately. I'm sure it will all be worth it in the end :)
