    Bob. I really don't want have to spend but if the water penetrating outside walls won't be resolved by spraying/painting will have to look for a proper fix. Lot of money then ;-(

    A Topcashback referral payment has hit the bank this morning so that gives me a PAD of £7.50 today. Whist I need to save what's in my account, anything extra or saved from budgets can be padded :)
