I'm having fun and games with EE (my phone provider) - been great for the last year and so cheap - now i can't access bills online (bad enough) and even worse there's noise on the landline and I can't get hold of any one to test it (systems went down mid test last night) and get an engineer out! My landline is a crucial part of my health care and it's tough
. But sure it'll get fixed at some point and sanity will resume (or maybe not?)

Waiting to hear when I can book my hols ttftm...
Head bust - so spent all day trying to fix phone line which EE now says has a fault on it! How long has that taken them? And their server is down hence I can't access bills
Pants. And to make it worse if the fault was in my house they'd charge £60 for the pleasure of fixing it
) . So budget screwed on trying to fix phone (£20 spent )
