£10.07 to my Halifax c/c (I thought I had paid it off with the £175 the other day but the statement has come through already and I owe £8 which would be covered by minimum payment due in a month but then interest would be applied and so the cycle would continue!!)

    It is now definitely cleared!!

Apologies for being premature in declaring my card cleared!!
