To be honest, I felt so good about the size of the payment to Halifax CC this morning I've not even felt like spending on myself. Good to have tips for days which are glum though!
LMD x
Och I was really hoping no one was thinking I was creating trouble or being argumentative - it's so easy for things to get 'lost in translation' on the web. If padding is your 'treat' then I'm made up for you. Maybe some folk need to do a list of 'cheap treats' (you set your budget) for glum days? Just a thought. I today am fixated on cheap heating so am trying to make a convection heater using loaf tins (metal), flower pots (clay) and tea lights. I've come home from the DIY store (It begins with H and is cheapest for the pots though sure you could get them from freegle/freecycle or charity shops even cheaper) and figure I need a smaller pot - so that will be me back later spending the humongous amount of 59p. I'm not toasty but am comfortable right now with two tea lights below my plant pots
. and my wrist warmers on
