Took me around 6months ( but I got my WEM about 7-8months from that comp)before I had my first win, remember, some comps finish at the end of the month, then get back to winners, sometime in the next month. some people are lucky and get it quick, others takes time. wins will come is my moto, its a numbers game

One of the girls on the April Challenge has entered 22K competitions this month and had 2 wins

I have entered over 5K and have won a notebook :rotfl:

Seriously? you expected to start winning as soon as you started entering comps? There are thousands of people entering each competition so your chances of winning are pretty low and if you are an averagely lucky person you can expect to win around 1 prize for every thousand competitions you enter. In my case I have been less lucky than that this year having had 2 wins for just short of 4000 different competitions entered.

I started a few days before new years as well and have done pretty well. Mind the only things I've kept for myself are two books,a cotton tote and a Disney cup! the designer bag and purse I won I gave to my mother to cheer her up (after my initial Gollum moment after I opened the parcel!) the Disney toy bundle I gave to my goddaughter(apart From a princess cup I kept for me

and the other stuff I gave to a friend. I've had at least one win since January(wins always seem to happen towards the end/beginning of the month) with 3 relatively bigish ones so far.

Have you tried searching your name in comp winners pages on Facebook?(If you enter Facebook comps) I've also read some people google their names and find they have won.

I have won big in the past though... If it's getting you down just give yourself a break or just do a few of the biggies so it does not take up too much of your time, but remember you do have to be in it to win it... :rotfl:

Being a pretty avid comper I have noticed that my wins are less and far between. The start of last year was brilliant, but towards the end and this year my wins have dipped hugely. Especially this month, Just a few little promotional things. I hope I am at the bottom of a dip and will be climbing up to a winning peak soon! C'est la vie - That's the way it goes!
