I forgot to buy washing up liquid with my weekly shop, so am wondering if anyone knows if i can use any other cleaning product in place of it?
i have loads of other cleaning products (typical!) just no washing up liquid!0 -
I've used shower gel or shampoo in the past, just make sure you rinse the crokery thouroughly.0

Thanks Spike,
i am a bit worried about the crockery tasting a bit 'soapy' afterwards....i guess if i rinse it well enough i'll be OK?0 -
I have used soda crystals too, but makes sure you rinse well.0

Stardrops is good for washing up and most other cleaning, including windows, surfaces and the car, plus it can be used for hand washing, carpet spills and most things at a push.somewhere between Heaven and Woolworth's0

Yep,it will be,you could set it aside then refil the washing bowl with just hot water to rinse to be doubly sure if you want, but it's never tasted like soap to me..
But then again I've got the tastebuds of Lister the Smeg!:p0
