EXPIRED £10 to spend at Tesco for £5 MightyDeals

First they told me I'd tried to apply for more than 1 voucher when I hadn't, so they apologised & said I'd get my voucher on 15the may. Later I received another mail saying I'd been unsubscribed accidently but they'd reinstated me again & I'd get my voucher on 15the may. Then I received another couple of mails explaining how inundated with work they are, due to people trying to get more than 1 offer per household but I'd still get my voucher on 15the may. I never got my voucher on the 15th may, what a surprise! I decided to go into my account to see if anything was there and it said, ''You haven't purchased any deals yet''. Lol.
These are unorganized & stupid people. I can't be bothered anymore so will open up a resolution case with paypal.0 -
Just tried again as no email received. Followed advice and clicked on to View Voucher and then Gift and it gave the code and a link to redeem voucher (not highlighted so copy and paste), Great I am finally getting there - unfortunately it is for an online HR course.
Think they need to sign up for that one themselves as clearly there is something wrong with the calibre of some of the staff they employ.0 -
Has ANYONE actually got a voucher yet? There will always be:
A “LIE” in BELIEVE, an “OVER” in LOVER, an “END” in FRIEND, an “US” in TRUST , and an “IF” in LIFE0 -
Has ANYONE actually got a voucher yet?
Yes :j
I have got my £10 voucher today.
Like the others,
1. First got an email saying I had unsubscribed, so I was not eligible for the voucher.
2. Then got an apology email saying my account had been reinstated
3. Then got the voucher (yesterday) ending in 902 which had zero balance.
This morning, I finally got a valid voucher with £10 balance in a separate email :beer:0 -

I have my voucher, printed it off yesterday after first checking the balance on the Tesco giftcard balance checker. Surprised to see the £10 balance to be honest, but they finally came good after a fiasco!
No email received, I just checked my account and proceeded from there. So, if you didn't receive an email, all may not be lost. If you have no deal listed when signing in, then a different matter of course.
I'm not knocking anyone who thought, or still thinks it may have been a 'scam', as it did have the look of a 'scam'. Total incompetence? Definitely, and not for the first time. Mighty Deals is a magnet for attracting problems! They need to have a look at how Bespoke Offers work, similar deals without the drama (most of the time).
Would I use Mighty Deals again? Maybe for a similar offer, but only combined with a Paypal payment.
I still have an issue with missing referral credits MD rep and no response from an enquiry submitted. These were supposed to have no end date, but MD have expired a £30 credit. Please reinstate. No payments from financial products from cash back sites? Put in a complaint direct and if they don't resolve your issue, head straight to the financial ombudsman - it costs the company £550 in referral fees, win or lose.0 -

Check your account on Mightydeals. I also received no e-mail, but the voucher was in my account.0 -
Received an e-mail with a new voucher attached. Tried to check this on Tesco's giftcard balance checker and keep getting the message 'invalid information entered'. Next door neighbour has same problem. Anyone else getting this, please...?
Edit: just tried doing this by (automated) phone call and happily the balance on the card is confirmed as £10.0
