The whole 'terms' issue, cries of 'SCAM' and other conspiracies are quite laughable.
Not conspiracies, just factual truth from the current situation and past members. Sorry to say, but I don't fall for your defended argument. I could say that you work for MD but then I would be a theorist, but I'm assuming you are just a big supporter of a company (that doesn't give a crap about their customers.)
Give me one good reason why I should not believe this to be a scam? It has all the makings of a scam. Why would an ex-employee come out and say that they have done scams in the past? How can you trust a company that changed their T&Cs to get people to buy more deals only to then have them all be sent the SAME voucher. That's not a blunder. Too many mess ups for it to be.
Of course this will be rectified. Only to those that have complained, I assure you. And the majority of those that didn't will not get their voucher. Just like those that were told they wouldn't get the voucher and didn't (my auntie didn't get hers, as well as many others.)
Reasons:
-Didn't spend mighty cash.
-Unsubscribed
-Duplicate account
And then those that got the 'voucher':
-Only got an email when we all complained here, at 4:30 PM and yes the reps were aware of the post.
-Got sent the same bloody unique code.
-Got sent a code but now they have no deal in their account.
Some other notes ot mention:
-Censoring TrustPilot reviews. Getting in touch with TrustPilot they are investigating this because the company are flagging them as not genuine reviews. They have flagged over 30 bad reviews.
-On another forum we have been in contact with an ex employee. Whom has has the same experiences such as: http://www.glassdoor.co.uk/Reviews/Mighty-Deals-Reviews-E803558.htm
And your argument over all these facts is simply, "They are good. I've used them in the past." I don't feel that is quite suficient and Mighty Deals have a lot to answer for.0 -
Does anyone else actually have the voucher and code in their Mightydeals account? just checked and I do! Problem is it says they will email the redemption link on the 15th May but as yet I've not received it only the usual Mightydeals daily deal emails. Does anyone know how I redeem the code on the website without the email link?0

Same here - no email link to voucher. When I go into my account - I can click on to view voucher and a pop up window appears but nothing further!
Have raised a ticket - but the message back is that customer services are taking longer than usual due to so many queries - can't think why. Emailed customer services but that bounced back too.0 -
They just sent me another gift card PDF... number does not end 902... hopefully this one is unique!0

I have just received a second voucher. It has a different code and pin and does actually have a £10 balance, about bloomin' time.0

I did not get an email yesterday but did go into my account and the gift card was there so I clicked on it and filled in my details for it to be emailed to me. However when it arrived it had the same generic numbers as everyone else's and a balance of £0.
Today I have gone back into my account and clicked on the link to ask for the gift card to be sent to me again. I have now received it for a second time and this time it has different numbers and the £10 balance is correct when I check it on the Tesco site.
if you do not get an email try getting the voucher this way as it now seems to be working:j0 -
Just had 2 new vouchers sent through with unique numbers, so it looks like they are sorting it out.
I did submit a ticket this morning.N1LDA0 -
Just had a new email with a new voucher code - checked it and its working with a £10 balance.Win's so far: Cadburys Mini Eggs £1.09 Pentel Goody Bag £10 , M&S Luxury Hamper £45, 10,000 Tesco clubcard points (£100) :j0

unlikely to be a 'scam' similar things happened last year with an Argos voucher.
someone has just messed up with how the attachments are processed and added, a query wrong in a database somewhere.
They will likely sort it out within a few days, its just a matter of manually sending all those who have redeemed them a new email
The scam is explained in post 243. They may well sort it out for those that complain, then keep the money from the people that don't bother.0 -
I got another email from them too with a new card number & pin - so, Tesco here I come.
Rockingham, did you go to the bottom of the pop up window? There was a button which took you to a page with the link to input your details 'mightydeals.co.uk/redeem.aspx?ldid=57330' HTH0
