It is good that many of you may still receive your voucher, but that should not detract from the fact that equally, many of us who did comply with the T & Cs applicable at point of purchase, will not and have been accused of wrongdoing. It is for this latter reason, that MD's handling of the whole situation needs brought under review and/or highlighted to various companies associated with the offer (eg cashback sites, Tesco, etc), especially as people in similar situations are receiving different outcomes.
Perhaps MD need to read https://www.gov.uk/marketing-advertising-law/direct-marketing which to me implies, as I have said in earlier posts, that a person can be considered a customer of a company without also being forced to be a receiver of marketing emails.butterfly )i(0 -

Very surprised Tesco are associating themselves with them especially in light of all their problems as it taints them as well.
Then do something - complain to the ASA or to trading standards.0 -

I have no refund on paypal and no deal showing in my account. Not looking good.
I didn't have my refund so opened a dispute on Paypal and in a day it went in!!
However my husband has not received his via the bank so will probably end up opening chargeback with them (more hassle) and I haven't had my second purchase, that they said I had made, refunded - so will be claiming that £5 as well :rotfl: I know people will say it's only £5 but they will never get to keep it!! Just think the profit they are making from those who don't bother
Still no replies to numerous emails despite MDs comments to the contrary on here - so promised complaint to ASA has gone!!0 -

To those defending MD: You sicken me. How you can defend a company like this is beyond me, maybe you work for them or something. Look at how many people are being scammed. I have no voucher today, even though they said I was going to receive it.
I'm not letting people get scammed. Even if it costs money to go against this, I will. For principle.0 -
