  • It appears 'MD' choose (whoever he or she or they are) who to reply to - that is very silly because rude ignorant people make me really cross and very determined to sort their attitude out!

However hard is it to get an apology from them - if they had done this from the beginning then this wouldn't be such and issue online?

    Dear Mighty Deals Rep

    - You kindly addressed a 'reply' to my username in your post #149.

    - I thanked you for this reply in post #152, but also raised a further question for you.

    - I did not receive a reply to this, so raised yet a further question for you at post #170.

    - Again, no reply was posted, so I made further comment at posts #182 and #190, together with a charity challenge at post #195.

    - I then suggested some helpful reading at post #202.

Whilst I appreciate you have probably been extremely busy this week, it really would be very much appreciated if you could review the posts I have indicated above and comment further on same.

    Thanking you, in anticipation.

    ps

Then do something - complain to the ASA or to trading standards.

Complaint already lodged with ASA http://www.asa.org.uk/ together with a review on TCB.

I didn't have my refund so opened a dispute on Paypal and in a day it went in!!

However my husband has not received his via the bank so will probably end up opening chargeback with them (more hassle) and I haven't had my second purchase, that they said I had made, refunded - so will be claiming that £5 as well :rotfl: I know people will say it's only £5 but they will never get to keep it!! Just think the profit they are making from those who don't bother :(
Still no replies to numerous emails despite MDs comments to the contrary on here - so promised complaint to ASA has gone!!

    Same here.

I also opened a dispute on my paypal account and was refunded virtually straight away, but my OH who has not opened a dispute yet on his paypal account has not received his refund.
