Blue Badge and Motorbility - on PIP/DLA

I believe that the government is changing the rules - so that only those with Motorbility Vehicles are going to be issued with Blue Badges in future ....

They are already changing the rules - to only issue Blue Badges to those on Enhanced Mobility PIP - and was wondering whether they will recall Blue Badges from those previously entitled to them ?

What does the forum think of these changes ?

Where I live you have to qualify for higher rate mobility (or its equivalent) to get a Blue Badge.
I used to be indecisive but now I am not sure.

    That is incorrect
At present - the rules allow for:

Then your council needs to be taken to task - the rules are set nationally not locally !!
They are clearly jumping the gun - because it only limits PiP Claimants at the moment - DLA remains unchanged ...

The forum thinks you haven't provided any links to where you found this information, did you dream it? Use the force? Tarot card reader perhaps? Or can you provide any proof of this?

Apart from scaremongering, what really is the point of most of your threads? A lot of people qualify via other routes other than PIP / DLA. (blind, etc)
