Got the decision on the enforcement notice appeal today
Inspector quashed it said use was ancillary to agricultural use and dogs were allowed on site and use of pens was acceptable while on site as it was not commercial.

All furniture is ancillary to agricultural use and can remain.

    Always get professional advise

Going to was a guy on there that handled the appeal , ran rings around the council planning officer and enforcement officer.

Great site some very knowledgeable people frequent the place glad i took advise from there.
Someone also pointed out if you except a enforcement notice it actualy devalues the property in some cases
