I’d not heard of this company so thought I’d have a look.  On the search it said “free deliveries on all orders”.  However when I went into the website it said you have to spend £20 to get free delivery and £60 to get free next day delivery.

I wanted a small gift for my husband and, according to the blurb it was going to be a lot cheaper than anywhere else.  I had a look at Amazon where I get free next day delivery as I am an Amazon Prime customer.  The item was on Amazon and it was 57p more expensive than Justmylook.

So I’ll follow a lot of advice and not use them.

The impression I’m getting from the comments here is that they are a good firm until you have a problem then you have a major problem.  My experience with Amazon is that they problems are sorted out quickly.  I had a problem with an item which they replaced 3 times and the third one was fine.  They refunded my money and I got to keep the item.  That’s what I call good service.

Note: Amazon sell millions of items so they couldn’t possibly get everything 100% right 100% of the time.  It’s how they deal with problems that matters.  

So I’m off to order his little present from Amazon.
