Oh we are bound to get a bit het up about the election. It's a big thing. And there's no getting away from the hype.

We can all have different views. Agree....disagree....it'll all be over soon and we will carry on regardless of our views.

it's interesting to me that there was ALOT more discussion and diverse views and tolerance on here about devolution than a general election.....

Feelings were high and they just aren't that high for the election. I think that says an awful lot.

We will still come together to glitch whatever our views ;)

    Well said.
It's not really "hype" though is it with a general election? It's more an important exercise in democracy, that sort of thing. "Hype", to me, is a more commercialised or PR thing - though, I suppose, the parties are very much PR machines and so-called "spin". So, perhaps in that sense... You can get away from it, you can switch off the TV! Anyway, no more campaigning on there very soon as we are into the day itself!

I loved her, or hated her, can't really remember as she changed like the weather.......my favourite was the sinking of the Belgrano....."it wasn't me ..I was on holiday at the time" we used that at work for ages when something went wrong, lol.

I kind of wish the English did have a say on our independence as a lot of them just want us moaning scots to sod off. :)

I should point out that I am in fact English. I've been up here so long I class myself as Scottish.

I was a Lib Dem supporter right up until Cleggy sold his sole in 2010. I thought long and hard befor aligning myself with the SNP and I believe it was the right choice. :)
Is Cleggy a shoe in ?
We English just consider the Scots truculent teenagers, they will either see the benefit of home, or leave.
They cost a lot of money, but we kinda feel responsible.

No, didn't work, never mind:(. It seems you did need to trigger the 10:

Great News! Your comparable grocery shopping was 10% Cheaper

6 x Fairy Clean & Fresh Washing Up Liquid Apple Orchar...£3.00:(£6.00

Interesting, or not, the £3 appears as if it were an mbuy price on the A side though (i.e. it is in red).

    I like this:
1 x ASDA British Semi Skimmed Milk 4 Pints (2.27L)£0.89N/A:j
    Vs T, S, W.

0.19 x ASDA Bananas by Weight per kg£0.13N/A:(

    :rotfl:
Still not quite got the hang of buying the right size of bananas!:rotfl:
Oh well, I had to pick up something for the eight items (there was no loose ginger left in my store at all:eek:). At least I didn't buy any stupid items on the shop, hoping to compare any of them to T much cheaper - I stuck to the 10p sweets!:)

Not bad price for WUL (some got it 'better than free') and helped spend the voucher:cool:. Especially as I could not have bought 10 (or 11) as there were not that number left in my store. Thanks everyone for the good spot on the 50p price on the Fairy!
