Carphone Warehouse Refuse to accept Online Orders?!?

No thanks - they are scumbags generally (with a few exceptions) but if you play their game properly you can still win, so keep them on and bring them on IF they ever have any good enough deals again! I would add that I have come across this problem in the past once or twice and did still get my cashback. Things were different then, though.

Just found this thread and it seems like its maybe an 02 problem as i am having orders cancelled trying to connect to 02 via phones 4u, I originally ordered via quidco and that got cancelled so i thought the deal good enough to proceed via telephone but that order got cancelled too first to be told credit check failed then when i queried that i was told that it had been dropped off 02 system before hitting the credit check and she recomended me placing the order again via quidco which i have done and should find out later today whether its beeen accepted. I have got my credit report from experian and there have been no searches done by either phones 4u or 02 so thats something.

I ordered 2 Nokia a few months back via Quidco. One order went through OK, the other got mucked up and I had to call up. They put in a completely new order over the phone. They Quidco tracked and paid out for both! So maybe they are telling the truth???

I suffered the same with CW and tried numerous times. I called them and was told that they limit 2 payg phone per quarter/customer and I already bought 2. So I will not be able to get any more via online, but they offered it if I order it via phone. Here is what I see on quidco.
