    Hi crutches

Glad that the bank have 'reassessed the account' - this is like an agreement reached on the steps of the court after months and months of to-and-fro between solicitors and incredible stress on the creditor. Well, FWIW and it's only my viewpoint, others may well disagree, but in your shoes I might well go to court anyway. They've taken it that far, might be an idea to see what a judge says about it all, how you've been treated! But remember, it's my personal view alone and I'm known to be a feisty and bloody-minded b***h if pushed too far!!

    Good luck whatever you decide.

    Crutches,

When you phone the court tomorrow ask them if the eviction order has been withdrawn. Only then should you cancel anything. Ring Shelter to see what they say. Let us know... if they are not trying to evict you any more it would be brilliant, but check first. Ask them to put it in writing. Only take the word or Shelter or the court.

That is brilliant news! You MUST stick to the payments... you might not be so lucky another time. You've done a major step now you've sorted that out (the most important thing... a roof over your & family's heads).
