Help- I am sick with worry

You poor thing - I didn't realise how bad things were for you until I read your thread on that other site.
Why doesn't your illness entitle you to a home help? Is it because DH is there some of the time to do it? What if he wasn't - would you get more help?
I am only asking this as it seems that your DH could probably earn more if he got a job rather than staying self employed. I know this would mean he couldn't help you much, that's why I was wondering about the home help. You have probably already explored this - I am just thinking on my feet.
I really hope things improve for you.0 -

I think you are in URGENT need of Citizens Advice help.
It's no good saying that they don't return your calls - you MUST get help with EVICTION which you haven't posted about but which is a roof over your head. No wonder you can't sleep with all this stuff going on, you have to make that effort on a good day to get to Citizens Advice and they can look at all your situation and advise on ALL of it. I'm not meaning to sound harsh, I'm concerned about you.
PLEASE go to CAB, you could see if they do home visits in your area. You can't afford to ignore this or hope it will go away. (Apologies if you've already sorted out re eviction.) Please post to say where you stand with this.Torgwen.....................

So you are seeing Disability Welfare Rights, Shelter, and have an appointment with the JobCentre.
You are seeing absolutely the right people.
If Shelter do home visits then that will be the best thing for you. They will be able to help/advise about the "roof over your head".
Disability Rights will be able to give help/advice about your needs and entitlements relating to your disabilities.
You are getting the right people to see you.
