  • Hi Tony

I've just stumbled upon this thread and very glad I did as some interesting opinions and information here. We own a house near the Mar Menor which is not a million miles away from you. OH is there at the moment enjoying the sun and is desperate to move out there permanently asap. I'm just not ready to make that 100% commitment to leaving UK at this time as have work and family to consider. So he flits backwards and forwards and I visit every now and again.

    Enjoy your Summer :-)

well tony, you don't know what you are missing mate, it has been lovely here today, had a little bit of rain around 8am, stopped for a couple of hours, then it has been constant heavy rain right up until now, plus, as if that wasn't good enough, it's been a little bit cold too......
Corduroy pillows are making headlines! Back home in London now after 27years wait! Duvet know it's Christmas, not original, it's a cover.

  • Hi Tony

We bought our house in December 2013. It's in a very Spanish area - not many Brits at all!

I hear it's 34 degrees there today, that's hot. I wish I was out there too especially after the awful day we are having here.

    Enjoy your beers :-)
