I'm blocked from liking too. Why can't they send out warnings before issuing bans. It's a bit harsh.
I know someone who got the same ban in the last 6 months and she got hers lifted within a day or two so it is possible. She was one of those people who 'likes' everything as a sign of having read it on her timeline, so she was doing a lot of likes on posts.Thank you to everyone who posts on the competitions boards. on the subject of bans i did get one a few months back when i was sharing a lot, did get an email so replied in a bit of a !!!!!! way and it was lifted in about 20 mins0

I was just coming on to see if anyone else had got this message.
"You're temporarily restricted from liking a page or following/subscribing to a profile until 14th May"
I haven't done anything unusual today and have hardly been on Facebook! No excessive liking or shares etc.
