I've been banned till 14 May too.

Are we all going to get banned again after 14th May? No one has been given a clear reason as to why it has happened?

I'm getting an error message when trying to enter these types (where your name is pre-filled by FB instead of auto-fill/robo) of comps too:

https://forums.moneysavingexpert.com/discussion/5220005 (nothing to do with FB? So a bit odd)


I know FB is used to automatically fill these forms because my name is written slightly different on my FB, so that's the only possible way it is filled out automatically.

I don't know why these are a problem though, as it only says my FB suspension applies to liking pages.

Especially the second one - I can enter that fine (from a phone with no link to my FB)

Does anyone know if there has ever been a similar thread in the past? We all seem to have been blocked within a fairly small timeframe, there must be something that links us? Unless it's a FB glitch of course.

I've not had it yet.............touchwood and I'm a prolific fb comper, I've seen people that aren't compers getting bans too, so I think it's a glitch somewhere.

Saying all that I'm a bit too wary of the ban to comp much on fb till all this settles down.

I'm on the banned list too. Was really grumpy about it as I thought it was just me and all I've done is like pages companies asked me to!

Now I know it's a lot of people it does feel more like class detention (those were the days, now if whichever one of you did the bad thing would just confess to nice Mr Facebook we can all go home....:rotfl: )

Me too.... blocked from liking pages till 4th may.....but I just checked and I have liked over 800 pages ... Eek think in need to have a clear out.

Over the past few days I've been clearing up my twitter page, untweeting old retweets ... Deleting tweets I have sent regarding comps ... I got my tally of nearly 3000 tweets down to under 1000

I only enter fb comps via apps ... Occasionally comment ... Very very rarely do like share tag type comps ... So I think it's purely liking pages that have flagged us all up ... Maybe ????

I'm still ok so far (touch wood).

I tend to comp more on Twitter tbh but have done 100 on FB today so no doubt they'll catch me soon.
