Shocking service after you did them a favour0

Sod them, send an empty box back.0

Sending them an empty box back would be the quickest route to the police arriving at your door.
They're being unreasonable with their demands - with respects you may have had a valid reason for not phoning immediately & they're being jerks about it! If I were you - and I'm aware this isn't very "money saving" I'd simply cancel the order & order elsewhere, this isn't a company which deserves anyone's business.
Although I do wonder which retailer it was, clearly not a professional outfit otherwise you wouldn't have been sent such a radically different card!Retired member - fed up with the general tone of the place.0 -
I would have (at the very least) requested a payment to cover RM SD to return.
Next day, little hassle to you (vs waiting on a courier)0 -
My guess is ebuyer.0

am going to guess
overclockers

If the card was cheaper than it was everywhere else I'm guessing it wasn't Scan.Retired member - fed up with the general tone of the place.0

Scaria. Nice one.
Sent the card away. Also called and requested a full refund instead. They agreed. Will never buy from them again, ever. Once I get the money, I will order from Overclockers, they're a bit more expensive but they've always been very good to deal with.0 -
Aria or scan? Ebuyer are awkward about RMA's but they will at least send a courier out at their expense to pick it up. Hardly amazon though.0

They've done a good job of making sure you never order from them again.
Definitely go with Overclockers. Never had an issue with them. Plus if they have some in stock, you get free Haribos0
