Regarding straight to payment pending

Payment pending means it's in the process of being looked at n processed or security checks when did u submit it ash

15th but i mean ive never been able to request payment it did it automatically . What does that mean ?

I didn't change anything. Just submitted on 11th and requested on 13th. Think that's the problem.

Ash you won't need to request it if you put bank details in when submitting your self assessment it will be paid automatically to your bank

Can I ask how you are submitting questions/emails to hmrc directly? When hubby logs in it says messages 'no new messages' but no opportunity to email out

Just spoke to them & they said that its a system problem and that's y I have had to request again so now I've been given a date of the 24/05. So I'm now gonna write a letter of complaint. How dare they hold on to MY hard earned money. I'm fuming now , can't belive it.
