we did ours on the 12th (april) - was pending right up until this morning when it swapped to 'request repayment' again, hubby's at work today so struggling to ring them but we have already been advised last week it's been referred to Edinburgh. I suspect further checks and a long wait, will update you when we hear more

the update is.... this is the first time it's gone in for security checks (groan) they can't help or tell us anything except for the fact it's been cancelled and that someone will ring us either tomorrow or wednesday, it was unclear when exactly, we aren't to ring them because they can't help, but we can call them on wednesday if we've not heard anything

How did you know it had been referred to Edinburgh? They have not given me any clue as to what is happening with mine! Feel like giving up with it been nearly 5 week now

So basically what the advisor has said is that because I have complained a hundred thousand times that the repayment team put a referral in which takes the team 6 weeks to complete she was unsure whether it was 6 weeks from the time of the tax return or whether it was 6 weeks from the date the referral was put in! She said that its on the system as processing but that could mean anything! And to ring back in a week if I've not heard anything from this team or had the repayment. Can't say I'm holding out much hope!! Anyone else had a referral done to complain
