HMRC Repayment Pending

i have only payment pending for 2014/2015
for the rest nothing on my self assessment
i have an email from the company i use showing the repayments i must take for previously years and nothing more

if i ring them nothing will change because they have the excuse SECURITY CHECK after 4 weeks and then again 6 weeks and so on
they stay on people's money's

Requested repayment on 10th April and still pending took 19 days last year, called the 0161 931 9070 number to get straight through actually got a more accurate answer, they said its gone to random 1/10 security checks on April 21st so give it 4 weeks, So should be processed by May 19th (6 weeks in total), Ill call them back then if its not done! yet I spoke to someone on the 1st May and they said it hadn't gone to security checks, dunno what to believe frustrating but just have to be patient now.

rang yesterday was told it was issued and on it's way to the bank, will definately be with us by tomorrow. Rang back today as it's still showing as pending, told the woman we spoke to had given hubby incorrect information and that it's actually with some secretive bunch in Edinburgh who we aren't allowed to talk with or have a number for, they're doing some additional checks, we might hear from them by 2nd June....

I was pretty much told the same about the security checks although they have been consistent with tell ing me that, I was told.to.contact them tho if it's not in.there, been four weeks now and they said if it's not with you by the 8th May call back, that's tomorrow so Will see, but the thing is after everything I've read on here I'm highly doubtful that's the case.

Had a late night fort I'd check it to see when it updates, 2:45 am the answer! And guess what... ...it's still pending! What a fu.ckin surprise..

it doesnt just update in the night it does update through the day mine went from pening till 14:30 then issued at 15:00 in the day but that was last year . you will recieve or should recieve a message as soon as it is issued thats what i got. am still pending this year though although only had it requested on monday which was a bank holiday. by checking ev 1s date of issue all seem to be a wednesday or monay and i did here only 2 payment ays a week. mine was issued on a wednesday last year an going back through the tread it seems loads of peoples are paid either mon or wed.

Rang today at 8AM said that the security checks have been completed, just waiting for it to be issued. Can take up to May 28th. It's a !!!!ing joke of a system

last year was a Saturday for me, the year before was a Tuesday, I think it might be random mate I don't really know it's all guesses, been told to wait till today the 8th and now I've been told it's having additional security checks, okay well that's the third additional you've added so what are they just making fu.cking. numbers up now, absolute cu.nts 20th May is the new date although I had two different responces today from the same email so I'm pretty sure they're "updat. To the system" rueind everything
