HMRC Repayment Pending

I just got off the phone to a lovely lady that told me my repayment has cleared security checks and will be with me in the next week, and if it's not all in there by the 18th give us a call back, told me it was being sent out basically.
Submitted and pending since the 6th.

Still pending since the 8th with no definite answer to whether I've passed security checks or even if it's gone to security checks yet! Such a long wait and no clear information!

Hi I've done my tax return on the 6th of April but has been well over 4 weeks there apparently doing security Checks but every time I request a repayment it goes back to request another repayment !!!!!! .......

It's like the working class get penalised For tax returns but the mp's can claim for what they want no questions asked but I put in for 3k I'm the biggest criminal since the great train robbery

Did my tax return on the 6th april 2015 also did my friends at the same time ..... his return came up as pending on the 9th and had over £3500 in his bank on the 15th April 2015.
My return was showing on my account on the 9th April with the total i should get back, but not showing in the repayment section, it came up as payment pending on the 6th May 2015.
now i keep reading once payment pending comes up checks may be carryied out which is why some people have to wait ..... so what has been going on with mine as it's taken 4 weeks just to get to pending??????

Just received yet another reply to state security checks still not been completed now 4 weeks after and they have put in a second referral to team sorting the repayments out!! Don't think I'm ever going to get my repayment! They have also stated they cannot help me through online service anymore and I have to wait for the repayment team to help me. what do you think this means now? So confused with it all

I did request payment ... the first time was on April 8th then 15th and last time was May 1st.
I think what we all would like and should have is far more information on the web site so you know what is really going on
