just got off the phone they still got backlog from those who got caught in system updates etc should receive funds by 18th may she said keep checking bank daily they working as fast as possible.

They said nothing they can do as it's being security checked,I'm really fed up now

I sent off for repayment on 10th April and payment is still pending
Gave them a call on the direct number 0161 931 9070 got an answer in 1 minute quick time!, spoke to a helpful lady she said it is because the system decided to commit suicide in early April and didnt issue anything for a week, so they are dealing with that.

Asked her about the security she said its not just automated computer, all repayments get looked at by real people with real feelings and stuff before being issued its standard procedure apparently

I asked her does it effect it because on my SA its my personal bank details and on the repayment request it's my business account details, she said you could put someone else's granny's bank details for repayment if you want, it's upto you what bank you want it paid into.

So basically its system suicide attempt that is the hold up
Not the security checks, and give them a call back in 3 days if it's not in the bank, wouldn't hold my breath though!

Completed two tax returns on Sunday for wifey and me, and the refund of £2.4k was in the bank this morning. Magical service.

The email is on the day when the payment is transferred later that night.

Last year didn't do mine till August was paid in within 6 working days thought I would be on the ball this year and do it on 8th April bf mistake not even started to go through security checks yet! Next year will wait till mid summer

My bank (Natwest) updates at 2am so hopefully then.

Still pending with today's date, made an amendment for expenses and I logged on to see that's been sent and its pending already, last time I had to request a repayment, I wonder if I'll get my expenses before my rebate itself

Still pending also. Fingers crossed for next week but they only have two payment data which are Monday and Wednesday apparently so due to bank holiday can't imagine it been next week either! So sick of seeing PENDING now
