those submitted from 6th to 13th may have been hit with the tech errors.
I'm in the same boat my HMRC page is messed up with navigation errors saying my return is not even complete, I have spoke with HMRC who have confirmed receipt of it and cannot answer as to why its not been issued yet.
I tried calling another number last night but was on hold for 45mins.


Im wondering I have no amendments to make but if I do make one will it re boot it in the system to process and get issued?

Been pending since the 6th and I need to make an amendment but I'm afraid if I do it will get pushed back even further, I know of loads of people now who done it the sand time and still got there's so I'm fu.cked if I know what's happening anymore I give up.

There are a minority that seem to be lost/floating in the system think ours are part of this, I know many now who have received there's from various dates I do know there's a 5 week backlog regarding this however surely ours should be going through you'd have thought.


The call staff couldn't answer why mine was not issued she said she could see it sat as pending but no other info or notes alongside it, I stated my pages state navigation errors and show as my return at 0% incomplete. She wasn't able to assist.

I decided what harm can it do and I noticed I done the exact same thing clicked yes, changed it and added my expenses and now Im hoping this is what the problem was

Ash did you get yours paid? Mine said check draft and was supposed to be issued this week but rung this morning on 0161 number they said it was in security checks lol don't think they even know what's going on

Mine got pulled received letter the figures don't add up
So have made amendment hope that sorts it out

When did you do your original return? I've received no letter just emails all saying different things
