Hi ,
I have received the letter from debt recovery plus already that .
I have to pay £130 to prevent my case being passed to the creditors solicitor .
Isn't too late to send the templates which you talking about or to ignore all letters.
Thank you in advance0 -

Please start your own thread, not hijack someone else's.
Before you do that, read the Sticky thread for NEWBIES at the top of the main page where it will tell you to ignore debt collectors, and why you must ignore them. It will also tell you that you DO NOT have to pay them anything.

No you don't.to prevent my case being passed to the creditors solicitor .
This is an out-and-out lie, nothing is going to get passed to any solicitor.Isn't too late to send the templates which you talking about or to ignore all letters.
Just keep ignoring, it's only APCOA at Luton, the letters will stop eventually and nothing more will happen.
And start your own thread if you want to ask anything else.Je suis Charlie.0 -

No - it's just that if you open your own thread then all the replies will be targeted to your specific problem. So do that and you will get help.
Personally, I don't like the use of the word "hijacked" as it is a bit unfriendly and, generally, we are pretty helpful and friendly on here and other MSE forums don't always stick to the one OP per thread so it is understandable why some newbies get confused.0 -
I have just received a similar notice for allowing someone to alight from my vehicle while stationary just off the roundabout at Luton airport. Is this a private road, or a public one? I dont believe I was stationary for more than 20 seconds!
I couldnt find the NEWBIES sticker thread you are referring to - is it sill there?
Appreciate it if someone can direct me to suitable template/grounds for objecting - there were so many signs in place, I wasnt sure where to go anyway!
Thanks
Empeeits a legal invoice if that is what you are asking ?
its most definitely NOT a FINE
it comes up dozens of times on here every month so plenty of previous advice you could have read
airports are not covered by POFA 2012 , so no naming the driver (they are trying to use parking charges to enforce road issues - not the same thing as you cannot park on the roads there - nor pay for roadway parking - there are bylaws for that)
now please read the NEWBIES sticky thread at the top of this forum , follow it , send the template letter as KEEPER , with free certificate of posting from the PO
(adding the pcn number , name and address of the RK - the person they sent it to)
if they dont cancel , prepare a suitable POPLA appeal from previous apcoa airport appeals and submit to popla , job done (see post #3 of the newbies thread for a link to popla examples)
DO NOT IGNORE THIS INVOICE
appeal it using the template , admit nothing , question everything0 -

Best to start your own thread and before you do, search this forum for "Luton airport " for lots of previous.0 -
Hello,
I am new to this and seeking advice please.
I received a PCN today, issue notice 1/4/15, for not exiting the car at the drop off point on 19/3/15. There are pictures of me coming out and the car being driven away by the driver. The charge is £80 but reduced to £48 if paid within 14 days of the date given. Notice dated 1/4/15. Today is 10/4/2015.
Is this notice legal?
Please advise.
