    And get penalty fine £80
    If pay for 14 days £48
    Please can you advice me what to do

    I'm new to this site
    I have recive a penalty at Luton airport
    For dropping some one
    For 30 sec
    I have stopped and he got the suitcase
    And went out,
    So should I have to pay this fine £48
    Or no
    Please help me:(

    No you don't have to pay it. Appealing always works against APCOA if it's done properly. However, it looks like English is not your first language so if appealing is difficult for you then you can safely ignore. Nothing will happen beyond a few more silly letters.
