I would trust you and your veggies wth the girls anytime thank you so on much courgette! I regularly think of the special cyber friends from here we've shared so much of our lives.. Some o of us, even had babies on the same day!

Another bad date. I feel awful saying this but I just wasn't physically attracted to him at all. Best thing I did though as my confidence is getting so much better. A few years ago I wouldn't leave the house as I thought I was so ugly and fat, and really struggled to meet new friends as I thought I was horrific. I'm still really shy but getting better.

Now I'm realising ex had a lot to do with it. The turning point with ex came when my head had me in her office after a disclosure from dd3, she wasn't worried about dd3 but she did offer me occupational health for emotional abuse. I realised I couldn't live with the throwing things, temper rages and being called fat and ugly anymore.

I've lost half a stone in three Days! I'm not feeling hungry which shows I was overeating before. Have only managed 500 ml water today as been at work need to be better tomorrow. May have had a vodka based cocktail tonight:p but other than that sugar free day three

Gosh certainly won't be kissing any Frogs! I'm being quite choosy I've learned it's got to feel right and I've got to fancy them as courgette said there's lots of men out there, there's no rush.

Day four sugar free and I'm starving so had a larger tea, two cod fillets and had some cracker bread as a snack. Had a lovely tea with kids homemadea cod with rice and beans, the girls don't eat chips. Was really nice. Girls snacked on blueberries and raspberries.

No spend day.

Day five sugar free. Upped my fruit consumption today had a carrot at break and an orange after work. Another no spend day, 13 hour day at work so probably wrecked my diet with the cracker bread snacks.

Monday nights date wants to see me again, haven't replied as not sure I want to. Will think when it's less hectic Tomorrow!

Guy coming to quote to finish my house tomorrow, hope it's not too expensive as would like to op and keep savings

I'm not missing chocolate although day 6 today and did have a mini ore icecream. Went out with a friend and kids last night to bowling had a good time, but it's so expensive £20.

Haven't lost anymore weight but feeling so much better. Finished for a week off work.
