I'd probably make something up that costs a bomb or is impossible to copy just to see what she does herself lolPeople don't know what they want until you show them.0 -
Fabricate a story about how you're planning on cancelling your wedding and eloping to Vegas, and see what holiday she decides to book...vroombroom wrote: »Haha I have now, as of the wedding thing as she did ask me what our holiday plans were x

Tell her you are going to change into aimie clothes or a goth and see if she follows suit,
- At least you get a laugh then. 0 -
I knew someone like this, as if her life wasn't complete without copying my me every move and fashion choices ( or lack of) I cut the grass, half hour later she was cutting the grass. I painted a bedroom yellow, next weekend she was painting a bedroom yellow, etc.
I ended up flat out lying to her, said I was tiling the bathroom green/was going to get plants for garden/laura Ashley wallpaper/ anything that sounded dead expensive to me at the time. Then when she had gone and done whatever, I would say oh well you have that now and I don't want to be copying.
Flattering as this can be, after a while it sours.63 mortgage payments to go.
Zero wins 2016 😥0 -
Definitely tell her you're going to get a pixie cut and dye it green. Go on and on about it...Mortgage overpayments 2018: £4602, 2019: £7870
Mortgage overpayments 2020: £4620
Mortgage 2017 £145K, June 2020 £112.6k

Tell her your going to the other end of the country to a grotty caravan and see if she goes... then you'll know how much of a weirdo she is.
