I have no idea what has happened to my pc but Chrome will not load, it flashes up on the screen, says it did not shut down properly and do I want to restore but won't let me click on anything and shuts back down within seconds.
DH uninstalled it and reinstalled it and it made no difference. He openned it in safe mode and it worked but not in normal mode. He's out of the country for a few days now so I need to try to fix it with the help of you lovely people.
I ran malewarebytes and it did not pick anything up.
Please give me an idea of what to do next, oh the cache thing has been cleared.
It is a zoostorm computer and has Avira on. Keyboard is logitech.
