I got 33.....also think I'm known for being [STRIKE]a bit of a mug[/STRIKE] too nice
Been busy gardening today (again, lol!) as we've plans for the weekend so need to get ahead now. Feel utterly exhausted and in need of alcoholic refreshment
I haven't taken my meds all week , because of forgetfulness and various other issues. I reckon I am probably out of system enough to have a drink tonight too...
Only, I'm so exhausted I'm having a coffee while I decide whether to be this reckless or not. And what I'd have if I do have a drink.0 -

If you want a hard weekend of hay bringing and gardening......welcome here. ( RP is here, but we have a really comfortable sofa bed if you'll be ok with that? Or if you prefer your tent that's ok too)
Ta for the offer. Even though I was more interested in attending as a spectator for the strong men you were recruitingI'd have been up for a visit, but I think I've got my work cut out already this weekend. Hopefully some of which will include tackling my own gardening (done hardly anything the past fortnight
).
Hopefully next time...0 -
Glad to hear the update about Mauve squeaker, LiR
Lovely photo of the garden, though - particularly artistic with the allium flower in the foreground
Spirit, glad to hear about your London trip - sounds great fun.
And a fab photo of the Chewy twins :A
Commiserations to LJ and congratulations to Mrs G
Good vibes for tomorrow, Nikkster
Thinking of you, PN, whatever's happening at the moment for you and yours.0 -
The lack of posting about random phobias and microwaved sausages makes me fear the worst.
Glad about the cat LIR.
Cold wet and miserable in Sydney this morning. Yuck. Bring on Spring.0 -

I'm probably gong to be in radio silence for a while. Going to be near lir/lydiaj/spirit/pn greater herts territory for several days due to work, but out in remote parts.
My thoughts are with all NPs whether they are regular posters or lurkers but particularly with those who are facing challenges with what support we can all offer. There is no honour to be had in not knowing a thing that can be known - Danny Baker0 -

Crikey where do you start. That's a strange story on so many levels.
Thanks for posting though, that link is def coming to work with me today.
The news story that I have heard this morning is v sobering... due to conflict, famine and extreme poverty, 60m migrants left their homes worldwide in the last year. That's pretty much equivalent to the entire population of the UK. Very sobering and no easy answer. Reinforced how lucky we are to be born in the UK, irrespective of class or circumstance. Please stay safe in the sun and learn the A-E of melanoma: A = asymmetry, B = irregular borders, C= different colours, D= diameter, larger than 6mm, E = evolving, is your mole changing? Most moles are not cancerous, any doubts, please check next time you visit your GP.

Someone punched a baby in the face in the street yesterday in Sydney. Just walked up to the pram and blamo! There are some very odd people out there (the baby was fine and the man was nicked).0

We have had a much sadder story and recourse to a 1927 law of baby destruction
