When in Town the other day I had a pot of broken orange pekoe that was delicious. Just perfect for what I want often at the moment. I refuse to allow more varieties of tea in the house ATM, but when our collection is pared done I will allow myself some of that. I'm only really wanting 'soft' teas ATM.0

Leaf tea in a pot. Such a rare treat, unfortunately! It's all teabags in mugs these days, as I'm lazy.
My favourite place at the moment to go for a cuppa

Wills needs to go for a number 2 all over or a hair transplant. He looks a fair bit older than us with a bit of an optimistic combover.
I thought yesterday that as he gets older he looks more and more like his father and less and less like his mother, poor chap.0 -
I cannot abide coffee, absolutely disgusting stuff. The mere smell of the stuff has me running to throw up somewhere. We made it! All three boys have graduated, it's been hard work but it shows there is a possibility of a chance of normal (ish) life after a diagnosis (or two) of ASD. It's not been the easiest route but I am so glad I ignored everything and everyone and did my own therapies with them.

I like both tea and coffee, though each time I was pregnant I couldn't drink coffee - it just tasted all wrong. Weird how that happens!0

My mum went off coffee when she was pregnant....none of us like coffee.
Mine was pasta, even now, present me with a pasta dish and I am more likely to heave than eat, I have to be in the right mood for it and even then, I can look forward to it, cook it, serve it (still looking forward to it) and then on trying to eat it, almost throw up. Josh cannot abide pasta, James and youngest love it.We made it! Last night I dreamt about MSE. I was at the school where I used to teach 20 years ago, waiting for an unspecified event to begin, and Martin was there. I was telling him all about the NPT and what a great thing it is. He was impressed with what I told him. The rest of the dream has faded and I can't remember more than that, I'm afraid.Do you know anyone who's bereaved? Point them to https://www.AtaLoss.org which does for bereavement support what MSE does for financial services, providing links to support organisations relevant to the circumstances of the loss & the local area. Tyre performance in the wet deteriorates rapidly below about 3mm tread - change yours when they get dangerous, not just when they are nearly illegal (1.6mm).
Oh, and wear your seatbelt. My kids are only alive because they were wearing theirs when somebody else was driving in wet weather with worn tyres.0 -
As its rainy and horrid, have decided to spring clean the kitchen. I've had my kitchen organised the same since I moved here so have been changing things around and trying to be a bit more Marie Kondo in terms of how to do this, in terms of having specific places for things. So far, so good.
I don't have the space to do everything Kondo style as shelf heights doesn't allow, but certainly looking better.
I've also been reading Stuffocation, about the urge to accumulate stuff. It's that which is spurring me on.Please stay safe in the sun and learn the A-E of melanoma: A = asymmetry, B = irregular borders, C= different colours, D= diameter, larger than 6mm, E = evolving, is your mole changing? Most moles are not cancerous, any doubts, please check next time you visit your GP.

When I was pregnant I went from salad cream to mayonnaise, reverted soon after the birth. Second time round went back to mayo and stuck with it ever since.I'm a Forum Ambassador on the housing, mortgages & student money saving boards. In the last 5 years I've started having a bottle of mayo in the fridge now, but rarely use it as I prefer salad cream in eggy sandwiches etc. It's there really just because "everybody seems to be using it, so maybe I should ...." but then it doesn't excite me.
I have, in the last 5 years, used it in a few tuna/mayo mixes and a few times making a pasta salad. It mostly sits there and I think "what on earth should I do with it"0
