    Hiya everyone :hello:

So today has been very productive but I'm feeling shattered now.
Somewhere in amongst it all I managed to work 8 hours too. It's no wonder I spend half my life in a zombie state.
Don't knock yourself out Daisy - remember baby steps and you don't have to do all the listies.

Well - DH is on his new rota now and so had the day off work today. He went shopping and then gave me a hand for a bit.

Sat on a stool in the kitchen by the sink and cleaned all the small appliances thoroughly today. So emptied the fryer, cleaned and refilled, same with bread bin. Then cleaned toaster, kettle, foreman, micro 1 and platter. Emptied top and next drawer and DH tipped out fluffy bits and then I put it all back tidily.

Then I had a bowl of hot, soapy water on the table and DH passed me all the hanging utensils, pans and knives and they all had a wash and dry and he put them back.

I found out that I don't have to defrag my computer because it is programmed to do itself due to the way it's been set up. So I did some surveys, general mail and a bit of looking around for our holiday next year.

Managed to clear two more folders of old paperwork and file/depersonalise/bin the contents.

So today has been another day of seated flying but at least I feel I've done something :)

Hope you all have a wonderful Wednesday

    Morning All

The dog had an upset stomach in the night so although it's been cleaned up it still smells so I'll have to see what else I've got to put on it.

I need to paint one of the skirting boards in the LR this week so I'm undecided whether to do them all before the new carpet goes down on Monday. I could leave it until Sunday though when all the furniture will be moved out of here and the carpet - it should be dry for Monday then.

The LR floor is pretty cluttered and needs sorting so that might be the first job but whether I leave the rest of the LR until later in the week when it gets emptied I don't know.

    Have a good day all

    Hugs

    Morning everyone.

House not too bad as I've kept on top of it despite being out all weekend.

    Dailies
    Living room
    Feed birds and cat.
    Get shopping.

DD coming for lunch then later I'm off to a friends. Need to get back on track with diet as I've ate all the wrong things this weekend. Enjoyed them though.

    Embb Hi and welcome back.
    bossy Have a lovely holiday.
  • Morning everyone.

Have read back but in one eye and out the other. Can't remember who, but I use bicarbonate of soda sprinkled onto sicky stuff to absorb the smell. Leave it on for a while then hoover off.

Quite a productive day yesterday - did vol job and banking/shopping, washing, ironing, hoovered and tidied downstairs, did a small amount of gardening and went for a long walk with DH and then out for a steak!!

Have promised myself no more naughtiness food and drink wise this week and intend to up my walking to at least 10k steps per day. The sunshine that has replaced the persistent fog of the weekend has obviously lifted my spirits!!!

Will look at the lists and see if I can catch up with you guys. Vol job this afternoon but no need to leave as early as trams on summer timetable now.
    Have a great day.
