OH has been sundeck garden-type flying for me to make space in huge pots, but I've run out of potting compost <wail> with half a dozen strawberry plants and an apple tree to go. *wah* We can't get anything other than the two dogs and all their stuff in the car tomorrow, so I'll need to go out and get some on Friday. It's postively hot here, and I just know the weather, at some point, will go back to being cold and miserable and then we'll be into summer, so I'm really, really glad that most of the outside stuff done.

I got all of the dog stuff that might be needed back out and the rest of the house is still look remarkably clean and tidy, so it's now back to sewing. Yessssssss. I've already decided on the colour-scheme I'm going to make it next time, for everyday wear in the summer.
    Better is good enough.
  • Thanks for the new list Dusty, sorry been awol for the last couple of weeks.

Did quite a lot of flying on monday (without even looking at the list, check me out!) because coming back from holiday we discovered that our new house has some additional furry guests that decided to leave us lots of little 'presents' while we were away. OH has been out to get something to 'deal' with them today, it's not a nice thought but better that than finding any more presents (as it isn't my birthday or christmas...)

hugs and spoons to all and I hope everyone had a lovely Easter! xxx

    Evening flyladies.

HB - really exciting news about the dogs.

I have been lurking but not a lot of flying has been done. Paid stuff is really busy so I've just been keeping up with the dailies. I did dust round in the gym yesterday though.

Tomorrow I need to do some ironing before the paid stuff.

I'm off out soon for a meal with DH, DD and her BF so looking forward to that.

    Have a great evening everyone.

Been out for lunch with the parents and the Vallikids as it is dad's birthday.

Came in, prepped a casserole, left it to come on using the oven timer and went to M/hell - as the weather is so good it was fairly quiet. DD has tried on 2 dresses for my niece's wedding; one has been bought with student discount *kerching*. She also needed to collect a delivery form cath Kiston. Came home, brought washing in and had tea. been to Morries via DD's friend (dropped DD off) to get petrol. Got pink grapefruit and cauli & broccoli YS *kerching* and filled up the Vallimobile. Hav flung last of leftovers from Sunday as it is bin day tomorrow.

    Another late catch-up.
*Minimal flying again but lots and lots of gardening. Why did we want a big garden?
*Did Body Attack, phew - air con in gym not working. Hope that lost extra weight but unlikely! Got free coffee from garden centre on the way home; ok one or two reduced plants fell into my basket (No Dusty not the Heucheras although they were 3 for a tenner and they actually had some I don't already own......)
*Posted birthday card to sil and anniversary card to db and sil.
*Sent e card to step sis in Canada.
*Registered to be able to tender for additional work at uni. No idea how to tender, I've never done it, hopefully electronic tendering will be self-explanatory!
*Made enough dinner for this eve and tomorrow.
*Started noting down dates for this year - social diary is filling up with "that would be nice" things which, if we don't get organised, will all clash or be missed.
