    On the subject of money: I'm no expert but as you don't have children then I'm assuming all you need to do is split any assets from the marriage like property or savings. Surely it's not about making an offer?

    Re the assets well thats the problem we did not save anything in the time we where married, in fact we spent a lot of what I earned in my 20's but I don't want her to walk away with nothing.
