I really do not see where this is going. In my opinion, we need less regulation, not more, go after large landowners and soon small buy to let landlords will be told by over-mighty councils how much rent they may charge.

No idea what you are on about TD. Wrong thread perchance?

I agree with Bazster this has taken an awfully long time to happen. ANPR being suspended is hardly shocking news and, frankly, was as inevitable as day passing into night but it has proceeded at truly glacial speeds.

Perhaps the BPA has quietly humoured Trev to avoid any suggestion of sour grapes. It was back in late 2010 I think when Trev walked out of the meeting at which the BPA announced to AOS members that it would support the government's move to ban clamping. Then came PETA although it started life as VETA (Vehicle Enforcement Trade Association) but never did take off. I wonder why?
My very sincere apologies for those hoping to request off-board assistance but I am now so inundated with requests that in order to do justice to those "already in the system" I am no longer accepting PM's and am unlikely to do so for the foreseeable future (August 2016). :(

For those seeking more detailed advice and guidance regarding small claims cases arising from private parking issues I recommend that you visit the Private Parking forum on PePiPoo.com

I think Trev may welcome the free time this month, he can spend sometime getting ready for the month of May, when I believe it is a busy time for village idiots.

I wonder if he sues the BPA like he threatened to sue the government over POFA for loss of earnings? :rotfl:

the ANPR trick , by parking here you are causing us to break out agreement with the land owner , and pay them £100,

UMM , a FOI request proves that to be lies

    the request

    Hi Guys

I have just started a new thread in the parking tickets forum as if this company were suspended on the 2nd April how on earth was my husband given one of their tickets in Accrington on Easter Sunday some 3 days later if they are not members of a parking ticket body

You think these people have any morals? You think Our Trev cares about membership of an ATA, and that suspension/banning would stop them trying to fleece people?

Per your own thread - wait for the NTK; you shouldn't really get one. :)

Anybody can give tickets out. You need to be in an ATA to access the DVLA database though. So whilst he can ticket you he can't get your details from the DVLA.
